After payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval, a photo sample takes 3–5 working days (the factory sends photos for approval) and a physical sample takes 7–9 working days (we ship it to you; a sampling fee applies). If time is tight, we recommend approving by photo.

Which materials have the lowest minimum order?
Going by the figures on each material page, Canvas, Insulated start from 100 pcs. Minimums vary with the print method; see the table above.
What about materials with no minimum listed?
For Tyvek, Paper, Leather, Mixed materials, the minimum depends on the style and construction. Send us the purpose, quantity and logo. We reply with material and construction suggestions.
Can one order be split across colors?
Yes, but each color or style needs to meet the minimum order on its own (see the table above).
How does sampling work?
After payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval, a photo sample takes 3–5 working days (the factory sends photos for approval) and a physical sample takes 7–9 working days (we ship it to you; a sampling fee applies). If time is tight, we recommend approving by photo.
How do payment and deposits work?
Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
