5.1Screen print

Highly saturated, best for simple one- or two-color art, and the most economical.

5.2Heat transfer

Renders complex, multi-color detail; the printed area has a film-like feel.

Printed in full color, then laminated in gloss or matte. Vivid and fade-resistant, and can be color outside, white inside.

Q01What is the minimum order for non-woven bags?

One-color prints start at 500 pcs and full color at 1,000. If you split by color or style, each needs to meet the minimum on its own.

Q02Heat-sealed or sewn: which should I choose?

Heat-sealed bags are bonded with no edge binding for a clean look, and suit large runs. Sewn bags have bound edges, lie flat as a rectangle and have lower minimums.

Q03Will the sample match production?

Samples for non-woven bags are digital proofs, used to confirm layout and placement. Production is machine-printed, so colors can differ from the proof by about 5–10%, which is within the normal range.

Q04What is lamination?

After full-color printing, a gloss or matte film is applied for vivid, fade-resistant color, and the bag can be printed outside with a white interior. Lamination adds about 20 gsm and makes recycling harder.

Q05How long is the lead time?

Counted from payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval: sampling takes 7–9 working days, and production 25–30 working days after the sample is approved. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Q06How do payment and deposits work?

Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
