5.2Sublimation
Heat turns the ink to vapor that bonds with the fibers, for vivid, detailed illustration with no surface feel.

Choosing a weight
Canvas is weighed in ounces per square yard; 1 oz is about 34 g/m². The higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the fabric, and usually the higher the price.

Roughly 8 oz ≈ 270, 12 oz ≈ 410 and 16 oz ≈ 540 g/m². Cotton canvas that has not been pre-shrunk may shrink by about 3% when washed. Most brands settle on 10–14 oz for everyday bags; our standard is 12 oz.
Fabric colors

Our most popular choice: the natural color of the cotton.
- Half-bleached (off-white)
Bleached but undyed: a natural white with a slight warm tint, suited to dyeing.
- Fully bleached (white)
Bleached further to a bright, pure white. It cannot be dyed afterwards.
- Dyed
Pick from our color card, or send a color reference and we will find the closest fabric.
- Denim
Stiff, hard-wearing denim.
Chips are approximate on screen; the color card and physical sample are the reference.
Fabric grade
Cotton canvas is a natural fiber, so the odd dark speck from the cotton plant is normal, not a defect.
- Gift grade
The default in our quotes, for events and promotions where value matters. The odd speck is normal.
- Retail grade
Stricter fabric selection with fewer specks, at a higher price. Let us know when you ask for a quote.
- Bleached canvas
A whiter surface, though traces of cotton may still show.

Ask on LINEQ01What is the minimum order for canvas bags?
From 100 pcs. Printed handles start at 300 and embroidery at 500. If you split an order by color or style, each needs to meet the minimum on its own.
Q02Which canvas weight should I choose?
Our standard is 12 oz, with 8, 10, 14, 16 and 20 oz also available. For commuting, books and a laptop, choose 10–12 oz; for a bag that stands up on its own or is sold as merchandise, 14–16 oz; for large event giveaways, 8 oz is the practical choice.
Q03What is the difference between off-white and white canvas?
Half-bleached (off-white) canvas is bleached but undyed, a natural white with a slight warm tint that can still be dyed. Fully bleached canvas is taken further to a bright pure white, and cannot be dyed afterwards.
Q04Can you print full color on dyed or dark canvas?
Full-color art tends to shift in tone on dyed canvas, so we recommend one color. For full color on dark canvas we use heat transfer, which can print white but has a sticker-like feel and may wear over time. Light colors on dark fabric get an underbase first.
Q05Can you match Pantone colors?
One-color screen prints are matched to your Pantone C reference on press. Full-color prints cannot be Pantone-matched, and fluorescent inks are not available. Fabric colors come from our color cards; send a reference and we will find the closest match.
Q06How long is the lead time?
Counted from payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval: sampling takes 7–9 working days, and production 25–30 working days after the sample is approved. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Allow 28–35 working days for hardware or embroidery.
Q07How do payment and deposits work?
Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
