4.2Sublimation
Heat turns the ink to vapor that bonds with the fibers, for vivid, detailed illustration with no surface feel.

Ask on LINEQ01What is the minimum order for canvas bags?
From 100 pcs. Printed handles start at 300 and embroidery at 500. If you split an order by color or style, each needs to meet the minimum on its own.
Q02Which weight should a canvas tote be?
For commuting, books and a laptop, choose 10–12 oz. For a bag that stands up on its own or is sold under your brand, 14–16 oz. For large event giveaways, 8 oz is the practical choice. Our standard is 12 oz.
Q03How do totes, flat totes and gusseted totes differ?
A flat tote is cut in one piece with no base or gusset, so it packs flat. A tote has a base but no side gussets, clean and upright. A gusseted tote has both, for the most room and strength.
Q04Can you match Pantone colors?
One-color screen prints are matched to your Pantone C reference on press. Full-color prints cannot be Pantone-matched, and fluorescent inks are not available. Fabric colors come from our color cards; send a reference and we will find the closest match.
Q05How long is the lead time?
Counted from payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval: sampling takes 7–9 working days, and production 25–30 working days after the sample is approved. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Allow 28–35 working days for hardware or embroidery.
Q06How do payment and deposits work?
Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
