Standard is Oxford fabric plus 3 mm foam, two layers. EU-spec adds a foil layer, three in total, for better insulation.
Q02What is the minimum order for cooler bags?
Oxford coolers start at 100 pcs. Non-woven coolers start at 300, or 1,000 for full color.
Q03Can I choose the fabric color?
Fabric colors come from our color card. Send a Pantone reference and we will find the closest match.
Q04Will the sample match production?
Samples for cooler bags are digital proofs, used to confirm layout and placement. Production is machine-printed, so colors can differ from the proof by about 5–10%, which is within the normal range.
Q05How long is the lead time?
Counted from payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval: sampling takes 7–9 working days, and production 25–30 working days after the sample is approved. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Q06How do payment and deposits work?
Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
