04Print methods

We recommend a method based on your artwork and base color.

4.1Screen print

Best for one-color logos and graphics, on natural or dyed canvas. Saturated and durable.

Colors: Mainly one color, up to four
Hand-feel: Saturated, with a slight ink texture
Pantone: Pantone C matching

4.2Sublimation

Heat turns the ink to vapor that bonds with the fibers, for vivid, detailed illustration with no surface feel.

Colors: Full color
Hand-feel: Dyed into the fibers, no surface feel
Best for: All-over art and fine illustration

4.3Direct print

Printed straight onto the canvas with no sticker feel; suited to full color and gradients.

Colors: Full color and gradients
Hand-feel: No sticker feel; slightly less vivid than screen print
Pantone: No Pantone matching

4.4Heat transfer

The design is heat-pressed onto the fabric for vivid color and crisp edges; used for full color on dark canvas.

Colors: Full color, including white
Hand-feel: Film-like with a sticker feel; may wear over time
Best for: Full color on dark fabric, fine text

Q01What is the minimum order for canvas bags?

From 100 pcs. Printed handles start at 300 and embroidery at 500. If you split an order by color or style, each needs to meet the minimum on its own.

Q02How does a gusseted tote differ from a tote?

A gusseted tote (also called a box bag) has both a base and side gussets, for more room and strength. A tote has a base but no side gussets and a simpler outline. For more volume or heavier loads, choose the gusseted tote.

Q03Can it be made from recycled canvas?

Yes. Gusseted totes come in natural or dyed canvas, or in recycled material with GRS certification on request.

Q04Can you match Pantone colors?

One-color screen prints are matched to your Pantone C reference on press. Full-color prints cannot be Pantone-matched, and fluorescent inks are not available. Fabric colors come from our color cards; send a reference and we will find the closest match.

Q05How long is the lead time?

Counted from payment (in full or the deposit) and artwork approval: sampling takes 7–9 working days, and production 25–30 working days after the sample is approved. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Allow 28–35 working days for hardware or embroidery.

Q06How do payment and deposits work?

Paying in full up front gets a discounted price. For bulk orders of NT$50,000 or more, you can pay a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before shipping. Rush orders must be paid in full. Payment terms for listed companies and government agencies are arranged separately.
